Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Shipping Times
    We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times are as follows:

  1. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
  2. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
  • You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.
  • We’ll start processing your refund as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouse and we’ve checked its quality.

The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
Some items, such as personalized or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific return restrictions.

Refund and Returns

Note:

No Returns and Replacements will be accepted for Custom Orders.

Products bought during special offers aren’t eligible for return or replacement.

If the package you receive is in poor condition, tampered with, or damaged before you open it, don’t worry! Just let the delivery person know and they’ll take it back.

Please don’t forget to mention your contact details and Order number while sending it back to us.

You will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.

Phone cases are non-refundable, unless you received the wrong/damaged product. If that’s the case, just send us an email at admin@swagmeme.com with some pictures and details and we’ll take a look.

  1. Refunds
    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 15-30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Can I get a refund on a canceled order?
    The refund will be processed through the same mode (e.g. credit card, bank transfer) within 15-30 working days.

Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of placing them.

We are happy to make a change to your order within 48 hours of your order date. After that time your order will go into production so we can get it shipped out on time. Order changes or cancellations after 48 hrs will require a $4 fee per item.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
